Take Omega-3s with your Thanksgiving Dinner

Don’t forget to take your Premium Omega-3 Plus with your Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow!
Omega-3s and Vitamin D3 in general are fat soluble nutrients and they should be taken with some fat, typically your largest meal of the day.

If you just take them with a glass of juice in the morning or a glass of water before you go to bed, you may not get maximum absorption.
